Vista Del Lago CA sophomore Alexandra Klos won the 5-kilometer girls seeded race in a meet-record 17:20.7 at the Capital Cross Challenge at Arcade Creek Golf Course in Sacramento, Calif. Klos, competing in only her third high school cross country race, helped Vista Del Lago prevail over Rio Americano CA by a 92-136 margin.
